Level I

• Click on Login and an SMS will be sent from your Android device to verify your details. In case of Apple phone, you need click on “Send” on message inbox to trigger SMS.
• Enter your Name
• Set mPIN of your choice to complete the registration. You need to remember this mPIN as it will be required while transacting on Axis Mobile in future.
• You are now on the post login display screen

Level II

To use any feature on Axis Mobile application, authenticate using your Internet Banking or Debit Card credentials:

• Authenticate through Internet Banking credentials
  • Enter your Internet Banking login ID and Password
• Authenticate through Debit Card credentials
  • Enter the below details of your Active* Debit Card for the account to which the mobile number entered in the previous step is linked:
    • Card number
    • Card Expiry
    • ATM PIN

Please Note- The customer must have a Registered Mobile Number with the Bank and the SIM for the same should be present in the device which is being used for registering Axis Mobile.
