Axis Bank Young Bankers Program

The Axis Bank Young Bankers program provides young graduates with a head-start towards a career in banking. The program identifies young bankers and equips them with necessary banking knowledge and skills through Learn-Earn-Grow model. The curriculum is a mix of classroom sessions, role playing and internships which helps students develop a comprehensive understanding of banking. On successful completion of the program, students are awarded a Post Graduate Diploma in Banking Services along with an opportunity to join Axis Bank.

We offer a one year, full-time residential program with campuses in Manipal Global Education, Bangalore and Amity Global Business School, Noida. Come, take charge of your progress!

Campus Programs

Axis Ahead identifies talent across premier Management institutes in the country and nurtures them for leadership. Students are offered an internship across diverse functions in the bank, and basis their performance, they are extended pre-placement offers to join the bank post the completion of their course. Axis Ahead Management Trainees are provided challenging and impactful opportunities that accelerate their readiness for leadership roles.

We also visit select business schools and specialized campuses like IITs, NITs, ICFAI (CAs) and Design institutes for roles across areas like Analytics, Technology, Payments and Finance.
