• Suraksha Deposit Scheme – Payable Amount - Rs. 201
  • Immediate Personal Accident Insurance cover of Rs. 2 lakhs under Pradhan Mantri Jeevan Suraksha Bima Yojna (PMSBY) for an annual premium of Rs. 12
  • Fixed Deposit of Rs. 177 will be provided which will service the annual premium for the PMJJBY policy from 3rd year onwards
  • Balance Rs. 12 will continue to lie in your Savings Account to pay for 2nd Year PMJJBY premium
• Jeevan Suraksha Deposit Scheme – Payable Amount - Rs. 5,001
  • Immediate Personal Insurance cover of Rs. 2 lakhs under Pradhan Mantri Suraksha Bima Yojna (PMSBY)and Life Insurance cover of Rs. 2 lakhs under Pradhan Mantri Jeevan Jyoti Bima Yojna (PMJJBY)for an annual premium of Rs. 12 and Rs. 330 respectively
  • Fixed Deposit of Rs. 4,317 will be provided which will service the annual premium for the PMJJBY and PMSBY policy from 3rd year onwards
  • Balance Rs. 342 will continue to lie in your Savings account to pay for 2nd Year PMJJBY and PMSBY premium
• Jeevan Suraksha Gift Cheque – Payable Amount - Rs. 351
  • Immediate Personal Insurance cover of Rs. 2 lakhs under Pradhan Mantri Suraksha Bima Yojna (PMSBY)and Life Insurance cover of Rs. 2 lakhs under Pradhan Mantri Jeevan Jyoti Bima Yojna (PMJJBY)for an annual premium of Rs. 12 and Rs. 330 respectively
  • Balance Rs. 9 will continue to lie in your Savings Account

Choose to avail of PMSBY and PMJJBY schemes collectively

Unique Fixed Deposit facility allows you to save more as the premium payments will be serviced through interest earned while your principal remains intact, and frees you from the hassle of remembering to make annual premium payments.

• Maintenance of desired insurance schemes’ premium will be the responsibility of the customer/insured
• Prevailing rate of interest will be paid on fixed deposits
• Extant guidelines related to deduction of tax at source will be applicable on the term/fixed deposit accounts
• Customer should not be insured under Pradhan Mantri Suraksha Bima Yojana or Pradhan Mantri Jeevan Jyoti Bima Yojana under any other Saving Bank Account of any other bank. In case the same is found to exist, premium shall stand forfeited and no claims would be paid.
• In the event, the giftee is already covered for the current year under the PMSBY and PMJJBY insurance schemes through Axis Bank; the amount may be utilised for premium payment in subsequent years.
• Policy shall not be issued if nominee details are not provided. No separate intimation shall be provided for the same.
• By giving his consent to the scheme, the customer agrees to abide by the terms and conditions of the scheme and to convey his personal details, as required, regarding his admission into the Pradhan Mantri Suraksha Bima Yojana to Tata AIG General Insurance Co.Ltd. and Pradhan Mantri Jeevan Jyoti Bima Yojana to Max Life Insurance Co. Ltd. under Group Policy subject to correctness of information provided regarding eligibility and receipt of consideration amount.
• Customer agrees that all information shared will form the basis of admission to the chosen scheme and that if any information be found untrue; membership to the Scheme shall be treated as cancelled.
• Claim settlement process for customers enrolled under Bima Uphaar Yojna will be same as standalone PMSBY and PMJJBY insurance policy
