Instant Money Transfer (IMT) is an innovative domestic service that allows you to send cash to a receiver. All you need to do is mention receiver's mobile number, amount to be sent and set Sender's code. Beneficiary can withdraw
cash using a debit card, from any ATM of the banks empanelled. Beneficiary can even make a cardless withdrawal and need not have a bank account. Beneficiary receives all the details on his/her mobile phone, thus enabling
a cardless withdrawal.
The benefits of IMT are multi-fold. IMT can be used in any of these scenarios:
- The receiver prefers cash
- The receiver needs money instantly / emergency cash
- The receiver doesn't have a bank account
- When you don't know receiver's bank account details
- The receiver is not within easy distance (to deliver cash/cheque physically)
