Login to your Internet Banking account and select ‘Block Card’ option in the Debit Cards section

With effect from September 1, 2017, SBEZY account holders holding non upgrade cards (debit cards other than Titanium Rewards / Rewards+ / Secure+ / Online Rewards) will receive Rupay Platinum debit card on renewal / whenever the card holder applies for a replacement card against existing card.
