Bharat QR Digital Payment FAQs

You can follow below mentioned steps if you are a registered customer-

• Click on ‘Scan & Pay’ on the pre login page
• Click on proceed
• Scan the QR code
• Enter the required transaction details and click on ‘Proceed’
• Enter mPIN for authentication to show card details
• Select the Debit / Credit Card for payment and click on ‘Proceed’
• Verify the transaction details and Agree to terms and conditions mentioned in the link by clicking on the check box.
• Click on continue
• You will receive confirmation on your screen

Bharat QR solution will be available in your Axis Bank Mobile Banking Application. Android users need to download/upgrade Axis Bank Mobile Banking application from Google Play store. IOS users need to download/upgrade Axis Bank Mobile Banking Application from App Store.

You can use your Axis Bank Visa/Master/ Rupay Debit or Mastercard Credit Cards linked to your primary account for using Bharat QR payment solution.

You can make payment at merchant outlets, restaurant as well as payment for Utility Bills, etc. using the QR codes.

No, there are no extra charges for using Bharat QR payment solution. However the Merchant may charge for a Convenience Fee

Once your transaction is completed, you will receive a confirmation on your mobile Banking screen.

You will receive a declined response on your mobile banking screen.

Transaction amount will be credited to your account.

You need to call our customer care for raising a chargeback for your transaction

There is no limit on number of Bharat QR transactions you can do in a day subject to the applicable to daily transaction amount limits on your Debit / Credit Cards

For Debit Cards you can check your Bharat QR transactions in the option for Statements under Accounts

For Credit Cards you can check your Bharat Q transactions in the option for Statements under Credit Cards

Yes, Internet should be active on your mobile for making the payment through Bharat QR.
