Axis Bank’s Home Insurance

This policy provides coverage to your building structure provided it is not a Kutcha construction, against the perils mentioned below:

• Fire
• Lightning
• Explosion/Implosion
• Aircraft damage
• Riot, strike and malicious damage
• Impact damage by any rail/road vehicle or animal by direct contact (excluding damage by own vehicle)
• Subsidence and landslide including rockslide
• Bursting and/or overflowing of water tanks, apparatus and pipes
• Missile testing operations
• Bush fire
• Flood, storm, inundation, etc.
• Earthquake

The sum insured shall be present day cost of construction of the building excluding the value of land.

Insurance is the subject matter of solicitation. Axis Bank is the Certified Corporate Agent for TATA AIG Gen. insurance Co. Ltd. and nothing contained on the Website shall constitute or be deemed to constitute an advice, an offer to purchase or an invitation or solicitation to undertake any activity or enter into any transaction relating to the Gen. Insurance Products. Participation by Axis Bank customers shall be purely on voluntary basis. The contract of Insurance is between TATA AIG General Insurance Company and the insured, and not between Axis Bank and the insured.
