Invest in 7.75% Savings Bonds, issued by the Reserve Bank of India available at these designated Axis Bank branches.

Decide between cumulative and non-cumulative options.

• Bonds will bear interest at 7.75% per annum.
• For investors opting for the non-cumulative option, interest is payable on a half-yearly basis. Half-yearly interest is payable on 1st February /1st August.
• In case of the cumulative option, interest is payable at the time of maturity.

• Minimum investment amount Rs. 1,000 (face value of Rs. 1,000) and in multiples of Rs. 1,000 thereof
• No limit on maximum investment for bonds

Bonds shall mature on the expiration of a period of seven years from the date of issue.

While the interest on bonds is taxable, wealth tax is exempted.

Nomination facility is available for sole-holders.

Bonds are not transferable.
