With Add On Cards, you can now share all the benefits of your Axis Bank Credit Card with your loved ones. An Add On Card is an additional Card which you can apply for against your Axis Bank Credit Card and will have all the features of your primary Credit Card. You can apply for upto 4 Add-On cards.

You can give an Add-On Credit Card to your:

• Spouse
• Parents
• Siblings
• Son and Daughter (over 18 years).

• Shared Credit limit with the Primary Card
• Minimum documentation requirements (See list of required documents)
• Zero Cost and Zero Annual fee
• 1 consolidated statement for all Cards
• Earn Axis eDGE Rewards points (on select cards).

To apply for an Add-On card:

• SMS ADDON to 5676782 (or)
• Kindly submit the duly filled application form with the self attested KYC documents of the applicant, at your nearest branch.
• Download Application form

Important Terms and Conditions:

• All the KYC documents need to self attested by the applicant who would receive and use the Add-on Card.
• All communications for Add-on credit card will be sent to the primary card holder.
• The Add-on credit card can be used for International transactions, only if International Usage is enabled on the Primary Card.
• In case of My Choice Credit Cards with personalized image, the Add-on card will also have the same image as that of the primary Credit Card
