Outward Remittances:
We are pleased to provide you on the spot solutions for your outward remittance obligations subject to ceilings as per FEMA. You can derive benefits from our wide correspondent bank network, wherein funds transfer takes place in most efficient, economic and secured way to overseas parties.
Online Inward Remittance:
Online inward remittance is an offering from Axis Bank that allows you to give instructions for your inward remittances online. You need not visit the branch for booking rate & submitting disposal instructions for your inward remittances. Simply, go online, book rate, upload documents! Transact effortlessly with great convenience and comfort using Axis Bank’s online inward remittance from Corporate Internet Banking.

No service charges on online inward remittances

Documentation:
No separate on-boarding is required for this facility. Just log into Axis Bank Corporate Internet Banking website with checker credentials, click on Forex tab and select Inward Remittance.

I don’t have Axis Bank Corporate Internet Banking facility, what should I do?

To avail Axis Bank Corporate Banking facility, reach out to your Relationship Manager or visit your nearest branch to sign up for Corporate Internet Banking.

Is there a fee for this facility?

No, there is no fee to avail this facility

Can I book rates from other platforms such as FX Connect, TF Connect or through Branches?

Yes, you can book rates from any channel including branch & utilize the rate booked to convert your Inward Remittance transactions through online channel. You will need to enter your TR-Reference number under Pre-Booked FX Rate option to utilize the rate booked from other channels.

How will I know if I have received an Inward Remittance transaction?

The customers will be sent an email containing all the details pertaining to their received Inward Remittance such as Date, ARC Reference Number, Amount, SWIFT details etc. Customers are requested to update their registered E-mail address and contact details with the Bank.

How will I know which documents are required to be uploaded for my Inward Remittance transactions using this channel?

Depending on the selection of Purpose Code, the system will display the list of documents required to process the transaction

My Purpose Code is unavailable in the Online Inward Remittance Channel

Currently, only non-trade related purpose codes are available under this channel. For all other purpose codes, you can visit your nearest branch or contact your Relationship Manager.

Can I also book forward contracts using this channel?

No, you cannot book a forward contract using this channel. However, you can utilize your existing forward contracts against the inward remittance received using this channel. Just select ‘Convert using FWC’ option to see the list of your forward contracts available.

Can I track the status of my transaction submitted online through the branch?

Note down the transaction reference number displayed on the summary page once the transaction is submitted and quote the same to the branch.
The transaction reference number will also be available under Booked Rate tab (if a rate is booked against it). The status can be tracked from Processed/Under Process Transaction tab. If you have further queries, please contact your Relationship Manager.

Till when can I book rates and submit transactions using this channel?

You can book Fx Rate during market hours (09:00 – 16:30 Hours) and submit the transaction within working hours of the bank. Transactions submitted post that may be processed in the following working day
