The facility can be used by all Axis Bank customers. Use your Bank Account to recharge your prepaid mobile phone instantly using Axis Bank’s Online Recharge facility. The process of recharging is hassle free and instantaneous.

To recharge through Internet banking, follow steps mentioned below:
Step 1: Login to your Axis Internet Banking
Step 2: Go to Payments and click on Recharges
Step 3: Select Mobile and click on Add New Connection
Step 4: Once registered, select the number and click on Recharge

Are there any additional charges levied by the Bank / Operator for mobile recharge?

No. Axis Bank provides this facility free of charge for its customers.

When will my Bank Account be debited?

Your bank account will be debited immediately.

Is there any limit on mobile recharge?

Following limits are applicable on mobile recharge

Recharge Limit per transaction Rs 2,000
Recharge Limit per mobile number per day Rs 3,000
Time between two consecutive recharges 15 minutes
Total three successful transactions can be processed for the same mobile number per day

When can my request be invalid in case of mobile recharge?

A request will be invalid on account of the following reasons:

Non-existence of the mobile number
Post paid mobile number
The particular mobile number does not pertain to the list of operators available

In all of the above cases, Bank will debit the account for the amount entered by you. However, the request will be rejected by the operator. Refund will be processed in your account within 4-5 working days.

What will happen if I enter an incorrect mobile number?

If you have entered an incorrect mobile number, the recharge request will be processed. Axis Bank will not be responsible for the correctness of the mobile number.

What if I do not get any confirmation message from the operator?

In case of non-receipt of the confirmation message, please contact your mobile operator.

DTH Recharge

Get an online DTH recharge with ease

You now have the convenience of recharging your DTH connection anytime anywhere. The facility can be used by all Internet Banking users who have registered for netsecure.

Following are the steps to recharge via Axis Internet Banking:

Log in to Axis Bank Internet Banking using your internet banking login ID and password
Select the ‘Recharges’ option available under “PAYMENTS” menu.
Select the type of recharge i.e. DTH, available under the ‘Recharges’ option.
Register the DTH that has to be recharged. For security purposes, this option is Netsecure enabled. You can register as many numbers as you want.
Once registered, you can recharge your DTH. You have to enter Netsecure OTP/Transaction password to complete the transaction.
You can view your registered numbers and also check the status of the past recharges online.

DTH Recharge is a facility to recharge your DTH connections using Axis Bank Internet Banking.

Will I get any receipt from the bank for the payment?

Once the recharge request is completed, you will receive a confirmation message from the Bank. You can download/Mail/Print the generated receipt.

Is there any limit on DTH recharge?

Following limits will be applicable for DTH recharge

Recharge Limit per transaction is INR 10,000
Recharge Limit per DTH number per day is INR 10,000
Time interval between recharges is 15 minutes
Total three successful transactions can be processed for the same DTH number per day.

When can my request be invalid for DTH recharge?

A request will be invalid on account of the following reasons:

Non-existence of DTH number
DTH number does not pertain to the list of operators available

Once the recharge request is completed, you will receive a confirmation message on the screen of your computer.

What will happen if I do not get a confirmation message?

In case of non-receipt of the confirmation message, please contact your DTH operator.

With Axis Bank's data card recharge facility; you don’t have to worry about losing your internet connectivity. Now all Axis Bank customers can use their Bank Account to recharge their data card instantly using Axis Bank’s Online Recharge facility. It is hassle free and instantaneous.
